Every chart on this page counts call-outs, never animals. One operation for three ducklings counts as one call-out.
How we count
An operation is counted as soon as a team travels to help an animal, whatever the outcome. A rescue, a capture or a transport to a shelter each count as one operation: in every case, time and resources were committed for that animal. The animal figure adds up the adults and juveniles recorded for each operation.
Data from 1 January to 2 August comes from the mission registry. Data from 3 to 21 August is reconstructed from the dispatch thread. The counters at the top of the page are live.
