It's urgent: call us
The animal is in distress: in immediate danger, injured, in the water or stuck for several hours. Our reporting team reviews your call and gets back to you as soon as possible, to gather the details needed and, if warranted, dispatch a team.
Before you call
- Note the exact address or the nearest landmark.
- Keep your distance: a frightened animal bites, scratches and bolts toward danger.
- Do not try to get a cat down from a tree yourself.
- Do not give milk or food to an injured or dehydrated animal.
- Take a photo from a distance if it is safe to do so.
- Keep children and other pets away.
